Scope of these Terms

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ai-in-business.com (the "Site"). They do not constitute an offer to contract and do not, by themselves, create any service-delivery obligation. Any paid engagement with Ai-In-Business is governed exclusively by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties (the "Services Agreement"); the present Terms do not amend or replace that agreement.

Publisher and host

The Site is published by Ai-In-Business. Contact: info@ai-in-business.com. Detailed corporate identification (legal form, share capital, registered office, registration number, publication director) and full hosting-provider details are kept up to date and made available in the dedicated section below in French, as required by French law.

Acceptance and changes

By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Site. Ai-In-Business may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of access. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page.

Permitted use

The Site is made available for informational and commercial-evaluation purposes. You agree not to use the Site in a way that is unlawful, that infringes the rights of others, that disrupts the Site or attempts to gain unauthorised access to it, that scrapes content at a scale or rate likely to impair availability, or that misrepresents your identity or affiliation. Ai-In-Business may, at its discretion, restrict access in case of misuse.

Intellectual property of the Site

All elements of the Site — including its text, layout, graphics, logos, icons, images and source code — are the exclusive property of Ai-In-Business or its licensors and are protected under French and international intellectual-property law. No element of the Site may be reproduced, republished, distributed or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, except for the personal and non-commercial display of pages in a standard web browser. The present clause governs the Site only and does not apply to deliverables produced under a Services Agreement, the ownership of which is set out in that agreement.

Third-party trademarks and content

Any third-party names, trademarks or logos that may appear on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only. Their presence on the Site does not imply any endorsement of, or partnership with, Ai-In-Business unless expressly stated.

Availability and "as is" basis

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ai-In-Business uses reasonable care to keep the Site accessible and accurate, but does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe, or that the content is exhaustive or up to date at any given moment. Use of the Site is at your own risk, and Ai-In-Business is not liable for issues inherent to the public internet.

Decisions based on Site content are made at your own responsibility. Tailored recommendations are only delivered to clients under a Services Agreement.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ai-In-Business shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data or reputational harm, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or, where relevant, statutory rights of consumers under French law.

Governing language

These Terms are published in English only. The English version is the sole authoritative version. Any translation or summary that may be provided is for convenience only, is non-binding, and has no legal effect. The "Informations légales" block below is provided in French to satisfy mandatory French-law requirements; it identifies the publisher and the hosting provider but does not constitute a translation of the present Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the access to or use of the Site, shall be submitted to the competent French courts of the place of the publisher's registered office, subject to mandatory rules of consumer protection that may grant a French-resident consumer the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
