An invisible ceiling: the team absorbs up to a certain volume, then stalls, without anyone knowing exactly where.
The ceiling is known, measured, and pushed higher. Same headcount, 2 to 4 times the volume, with alerts when the system gets close to saturation.
End-to-end lead time

How long does an engagement last?+
12 weeks, fixed scope, fixed price. That's our default commitment — not an average. If we think your need doesn't fit that frame, we tell you at the diagnostic and we don't sign.
Do we need a technical team to work with you?+
No. We work with operations, finance, and customer-facing teams. You explain the business — the technical side is our job.
What happens after the 12 weeks?+
You own everything: documentation, source code, runbook. Follow-on support is available if you want it, never forced.
What if it doesn't work?+
Scope, price, and schedule are set in week 1, on your data. If a metric hasn't moved by handover, we say so, we analyze it with you, and we propose a corrective plan. No supplier squirming out.
Is this just chatbots and AI gimmicks?+
No. We start from operations: where time leaks, where errors compound, where customers wait. AI is one tool among many, used only when it actually adds value.
How much does it cost?+
€18,000 fixed-fee for the full engagement. Everything is included: diagnostic, automations, AI integration, source code, documentation, 30 days of support. If the diagnostic concludes it isn't worth doing, you pay nothing.
